Terms of service

Last updated: 30 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Signal Pilot ("Signal Pilot", "we", "us"), the operator of signalpilot.site, the Telegram bot @Signalspilotbot and the Telegram channel @signalpilots (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, buying credits or using the Service you accept these terms, our Privacy policy and our Risk disclosure. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What Signal Pilot is

Signal Pilot shares the trades our own trading desk takes in crypto and forex markets ("signals"): the market, direction (long or short), entry, stop loss, targets and the leverage we use, sent the moment we enter. We may also share "upcoming setups" we are watching before an entry.

Signals are information about our own trading. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and not a recommendation that any trade is right for you. We do not know your finances or goals, we do not manage your money and we never place trades for you. You alone decide whether to trade and how much to risk.

2. Who can use the Service

  • You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to trade the markets you use in your country.
  • You are responsible for following the laws, tax rules and exchange or broker terms that apply to you.
  • One person, one account. Keep your password and e-mail access safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Credits and how you pay

  • You buy credits instead of a subscription: 1 credit = 1 signal. Crypto and forex credits are separate. Current prices and the minimum purchase are shown on the Pricing and checkout pages before you pay.
  • When we publish a signal, members holding credits for that market receive it and one credit is used. Members without credits may see a locked preview and can unlock it for one credit.
  • If a signal is cancelled before its entry is reached, the credit used for it is returned to your balance. Upcoming setups cost nothing until the trade is actually entered.
  • Credits do not expire, have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money.
  • Payments are handled by our payment partners (for example card processors, bank transfer in Naira, PayPal and crypto payment providers). Their own terms apply to the payment. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Prices may change in the future; a change never affects credits you have already bought.

4. Refunds

Credits give you instant access to time-sensitive information that can't be returned once seen, so purchases are final once any credit from them has been used. If you have not used any credit from a purchase, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of paying by writing to support@signalpilot.site; approved refunds go back to the original payment method, less any fee the payment provider does not return to us. Credits returned for cancelled signals stay in your balance and are not paid out as money.

5. Results we publish

Our track record shows every closed signal as the return on margin at the signal's stated leverage, measured from our entry to our exit. It is shown so you can judge our work honestly, not as a promise. Your own results will differ because of timing, fills, fees, funding, slippage, position size and the leverage you choose. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. The Telegram bot, points and cash-outs

  • In the bot you can earn points by completing tasks, daily check-ins and inviting friends. Points are a reward for taking part, not a deposit, investment or wallet balance.
  • Points can be converted into signal credits, or cashed out as USDT (BEP-20) at the rate, minimum and limits shown in the bot at the time. We may change rates, rewards, limits and task availability, or pause cash-outs, at any time.
  • Cash-outs are sent to the wallet address you enter. Check it carefully: blockchain transfers to a wrong address or network can't be reversed. Requests may be reviewed before payment.
  • Points earned by cheating (fake or multiple accounts, bots or scripts, faked tasks or referrals, abusing bugs) may be removed, pending cash-outs rejected and the accounts involved closed.

7. Acceptable use

You may use signals for your own trading. You may not resell, republish, forward or share paid signals, screenshots of them or access to your account; scrape or copy the Service; interfere with its security; or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and credits of accounts closed for abuse are forfeited.

8. Availability and changes

We work to deliver every signal quickly, but delivery depends on the internet, Telegram, e-mail providers and your devices, and can be delayed or missed. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, add or remove features. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

9. Limitation of liability

Trading is at your own risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, Signal Pilot is not liable for any trading loss, lost profit or indirect loss arising from your use of the Service or of any signal, including delayed, missed or incorrect signals. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Questions, complaints or refund requests: support@signalpilot.site or the contact form.
