Cookie policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Signal Pilot uses as few as possible. This page lists them and how to control them. See also our Privacy policy.

Cookies we always use (strictly necessary)

These make the site work and keep it secure, so they can't be switched off:

CookieWhat it doesHow long
Session cookieKeeps you signed in and remembers your checkout between pages.Until you close the browser, or longer if you tick "keep me signed in"
XSRF-TOKENProtects forms against cross-site request forgery.Same as the session
sp_cookiesRemembers your answer to the cookie banner.1 year
Security check (Cloudflare Turnstile or Google reCAPTCHA)When switched on, tells people and bots apart on sign-in and sign-up forms.Short-lived

We also store your light/dark theme and language choice in your browser so the site looks the way you left it. Our own visitor statistics use no cookies at all.

Cookies only after you accept

When they are switched on, these load only after you press "Accept" on the cookie banner:

ProviderWhy
Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram)Measures which of our ads lead to sign-ups and purchases, and lets us show ads to people likely to be interested.
Google AnalyticsVisitor statistics.
Microsoft ClarityAnonymous heatmaps and session recordings that show us where the site is confusing.

Live chat (WorkHub or Tawk.to), when shown, may set its own cookies to keep your conversation open.

How to control cookies

You can decline optional cookies on the banner. To change your mind later, clear this site's cookies in your browser and the banner will appear again. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the site may not work properly without the necessary ones.
